Andrei Kulakov has 20 years of experience in the energy sector. He worked in various positions at RAO UES, Buryatenergo, OGK-3, and RusHydro. Since 2006, he has been specialiying in renewable energy, energy efficiency, energy supply in isolated areas and new energy technologies. In 2013, he initiated the creation of a non-commercial partnership "Association of the renewable energy market participants". He is an author of many analytical materials on renewable energy issues in Russia.

Tatiana Lanshina is an expert in sustainable development and renewable energy economics. She heads the Russian branch of the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network’s youth initiative (SDSN Youth). Since 2013, she is a research fellow at the Center for Economic Modeling of Energy and Ecology of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA). Tatiana is an author of more than 50 articles in leading scientific journals and mass media. In 2018, she defended her Ph.D. thesis in International Economics.
Sergei Popov has extensive experience in heat and power supply of regions and large industrial consumers, as well as in the electric grid sector. At present, he is a Deputy CEO of the independent power sales company ProfServisTrade LLC. In 2010-2011, he supervised a modernization project of JSC "KVADRA" in Oryol. In 2011-2015, he headed a branch of PJSC "T Plus" in Saratov region. He was one of the first in the country to develop and adopt a city heat supply scheme (in Saratov).
